Giant Freeware Listing
 Lots of actually useful freeware programs 
I went through this list and was pleased to see many of the free utilities I use myself on it. More importantly, I found many new programs that I can use as well as some additional ones to evaluate. I added it to my page links not because I recommend all the same things, but because it seems like a good resource. Also check out this Wikipedia listing for more good free software.
