This one is a really nice pose with a story behind it that I'd love to know about. As for the art itself, the heads are quite thin and the eye's small and placed too high (a VERY common issue). The key here is to draw the head using a circle and then place everything else like a Potato Head toy. A triangle for the nose, the ears high up, the eyes taking a LARGE portion of the face and reaching from where the nostril would go to almost the middle of the ear.

As always, these are just my thoughts so they should be considered as suggestions and not iron-clad rules
