Igotmyidentitystolen.com Is Front Site for Lifelock?

(Image used under: Fair Use doctrine)

It certainly appears that way. There's almost no content at http://www.igotmyidentitystolen.com/, just ads and links to Lifelock.com.

If it really is a front-site, then Lifelock's advertising campaign is even more aggressive than I thought! I already knew they advertise heavily on websites, but I've seen comments and reviews on many websites that read more like planted ads than actual reviews.

Case-in-point, some guy that left a nice long comment complaining about my views on fraud alerts who's website has another giant ad for Lifelock that's supposed to be a "review", but with all the ads, it's hard to believe that he's impartial.

Hello, After checking that site out, it seems pretty legit. I checked the age of the site and it’s fairly new. Leading me to believe that’s why the content is so low. Seems like they are updating it frequently. Other then that identity theft is a serious crime and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

I’m not sure where you came to the conclusion that it’s legit. As far as I’m concerned, it’s an ad that has just a little bit of content to seem like a real site. There’s no contact forms, no “About us” no FAQ section and the main menu bar for the site are links to lifelock information. If that’s not a front site, I don’t know what is.
